Role Overview As Principal, you will be the academic and operational leader of BodhiTree Little Maestros, ensuring excellence in teaching, student experience, parent engagement, and brand positioning. You will lead a team of educators, create an inspiring learning environment, and uphold the school’s vision of providing premium, research-backed early years education. Key Responsibilities Lead the academic direction, curriculum delivery, and daily operations of the preschool. Recruit, mentor, and train teachers to deliver the BodhiTree pedagogy with consistency and passion. Maintain the highest standards of safety, wellness, and child development practices. Build strong relationships with parents through open communication, engagement programs, and feedback channels. Drive enrollment growth by representing the school at community events, tours, and parent orientations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. Collaborate with the leadership team on strategy, marketing, and brand-building initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s in Early Childhood Education or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in preschool leadership or senior academic roles. Strong expertise in early childhood pedagogy and curriculum development. Excellent communication and leadership skills. High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with children, staff, and parents.
