With no refined sugar, maida, or preservatives, we are on a mission to make snacking healthier and tastier for everyone. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Team Lead to head our sales team and drive aggressive market expansion. The ideal candidate has strong FMCG experience, a proven sales record, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (2 Business Development Executives to start). Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Plan and implement effective market coverage and distribution expansion. Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and ensure team accountability. Collaborate with marketing to plan promotional campaigns and product launches. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies. Requirements 5–7 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong network in retail and distribution channels (modern trade & general trade). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
