You're performance-driven, data-obsessed, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-growing startup environment.Pipeline-Focused: You think in terms of leads, funnel stages, and revenue contribution—not just traffic or impressions. You’re focused on generating MQLs and accelerating pipeline velocity.Campaign Builder: You know how to architect and run multi-channel campaigns—paid search, email, social, SEO, and webinars—to drive qualified leads. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get tactical.Creative + Analytical: You blend left-brain and right-brain thinking. You can write compelling messaging and headlines—and you know how to A/B test them, track KPIs, and iterate based on results.US Market Know-How: You understand the psychology and buying behavior of US-based SMB and mid-market SaaS buyers. You're skilled at crafting content and campaigns that resonate with US personas.Tech-Savvy: Proficient with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools (GA, Looker, etc.). Comfortable managing budgets, tools, and timelines.High-Velocity Operator: You move fast, prioritize ruthlessly, and have a bias toward action. Comfortable working towards aggressive lead and pipeline generation targets.What You’ll Be Doing:Campaign Execution:  Plan, launch, and optimize demand gen campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, content syndication, and more—aligned with pipeline goals.Lead Generation: Own monthly MQL targets by driving qualified traffic to landing pages, optimizing conversion flows, and feeding a healthy pipeline to sales.Lifecycle Nurturing: Develop and maintain automated email workflows, retargeting campaigns, and nurture sequences to move leads through the funnel.Collaboration with Sales: Partner closely with Account Executives to align on ICP, handoff processes, lead quality, and feedback loops to continuously improve campaign performance.Content & Offers: Work with internal or freelance resources to create lead magnets, ad copy, landing pages, and nurture content that converts.Tracking & Reporting: Measure performance by channel and campaign. Own reporting on lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution.Optimization: Constantly test new channels, creatives, audiences, and CTAs to improve results. Be ready to pivot quickly based on performance.Goal: Help the company hit ambitious new logo acquisition goals (100+ deals/month across the team) by feeding the sales pipeline with high-intent prospects.
