AM / DM / Manager Program Management – Battery ManufacturingLocation: (Chennai) | Full-TimeExperience: 4–10 years | ‍ Department: Program ManagementAre you passionate about building the future of energy?Shizen Energy is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic manufacturing programs across our lithium battery portfolio — from Electric Vehicles (EV) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to Energy Storage Systems (ESS).You will own cross-functional coordination, timeline execution, vendor management, and quality assurance for high-performance lithium battery manufacturing.What You’ll Do:·        ✅ Drive new product introductions, process scale-up, and manufacturing improvements·        ✅ Lead project timelines, cost tracking, resource allocation, and milestone reviews·        ✅ Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams·        ✅ Ensure program delivery meets performance, cost, and certification standards (ISO, ICAT, CE, etc.)·        ✅ Report program progress to leadership and mitigate risks proactively·        ✅ Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practicesWhat We’re Looking For:·         B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics (MBA or PMP preferred)·         2–6 years of experience in manufacturing project/program management (Automotive,battery, EV, or electronics domain) preferred.·         Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from concept to commercialization·         Proficiency in project tools (MS Project, Zoho)·         Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skillsWhy Join Us?At Shizen Energy, you’ll help shape the future of clean energy with cutting-edge lithium battery solutions.
