Job Title: Business Development Manager – Domestic IT Staffing (India) Location: Hyderabad Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Work Mode: Work from Office (No remote/hybrid) Experience: 5–10 Years Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven expertise in Domestic IT Staffing (India market) to spearhead our growth in the ServiceNow staffing vertical . The ideal candidate will have a strong client network in India, hands-on experience with Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time hiring models , and the ability to staff ServiceNow professionals across diverse roles and domains. Key Responsibilities Drive business development for ServiceNow, Salesforce, Mulesoft, along with all the IT Skills in the Indian domestic market. Offer end-to-end staffing solutions : Contract Staffing Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Full-time/Permanent Hiring Identify, understand, and respond to client needs for roles like Developers, Admins, Architects, and Consultants within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and account growth . Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure quality submissions and quick turnaround . Negotiate commercials, terms, and SLAs aligned with Indian staffing standards. Stay updated on market trends , client hiring patterns, and competitor activities. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and placement targets . Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing (India market) . At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow/ERP-based hiring . Proven track record in Contract, C2H, and Full-Time recruitment models for Indian clients. Strong networking skills across Indian IT companies, system integrators, and product firms. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Ability to independently manage client acquisition, relationship building, and account growth .
