Job Title: Accountant Location: Pune (Near Railway Station)/Mumbai (Borivali) Salary: 30-60KJob Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experiencedAccountantto join our finance team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities, managing company accounts across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting various financial functions including GST, TDS, payroll, and MIS reporting.Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting operations for the company and its sister concerns. · Implementation and ongoing maintenance ofTallyaccounting software. · Conduct health checks of existing accounting records and rectify discrepancies from prior bookkeeping. · Perform intercompany reconciliation and ensure accuracy across related entities. · Create and manage accounting groups/subgroups during the initial stages of business setup. · Coordinate and manage accounting workflows betweenteams , ensuring proper booking of purchases, payments, sales, and daily sales statements. · Managecash flowand plan for upcoming payments to ensure liquidity. · Performmonth-end inventory checksalong with internal and external auditors. · Reconciletrade receivables and trade payablesperiodically. · Overseepayroll processingand ensure compliance with applicable laws. · Train the accounts and purchase team on software usage, financial reporting, and accounting processes, especially in restaurant operations. · HandleInput Tax Credit (ITC)calculations and filings. · Reviewtrade and non-trade invoicesand update their status accordingly. · PerformGST and TDS reconciliationand ensure timely filings. · PrepareMonthly MIS reportsfor management review. · Handlecapitalization of assets , and make monthlyprovision and prepaid entriesas required. · Supervise the accounting team and ensure timely and accurate maintenance of records. · Oversee and verifyall banking transactionsand related reconciliations.Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · Minimum3-5 years of experiencein accounting, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry. · Proficiency inTallyand other accounting software. · Strong knowledge ofGST, TDS, payroll, and other statutory compliances . · Experience in managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations. · Excellent communication and team management skills. · High attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. .To Apply: Please submit your resume on what’s up at+917021271854 -or mail athr@
