With strong expertise in the healthcare sector and diverse industry clients, we combine creativity with technology to deliver measurable results.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive Business Secretary to support our leadership team in ensuring smooth operations, coordinating client and internal communication, and maintaining organized workflows. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.Key Responsibilities1. Executive & Administrative Support • Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel itineraries. • Draft, proofread, and circulate business correspondence, proposals, and presentations. • Take meeting minutes (internal and client) and ensure timely follow-up on action points.2. Client & Project Coordination • Liaise with clients to schedule reviews, share updates, and manage deliverables. • Work with creative, content, and performance marketing teams to track project timelines. • Maintain CRM or client tracking sheets for campaign status and performance.3. Digital Marketing Documentation • Assist in compiling campaign reports, analytics summaries, and client proposals. • Maintain an organized database of social media creatives, ad reports, and content calendars. • Support in preparing pitch decks for new business prospects.4. Office & Information Management • Maintain confidential records, contracts, invoices, and legal documentation. • Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic administrative procurement.5. Confidentiality & Professionalism • Handle sensitive business and client information with discretion. • Represent PepMedia professionally in all external interactions.Qualifications & SkillsMust-Haves: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field. • 2–4 years’ experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator (digital marketing agency experience preferred). • Strong communication skills (verbal & written). • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic familiarity with social media management tools. • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Nice-to-Haves: • Knowledge of digital marketing terms, campaign processes, and analytics tools. • Experience handling client accounts or agency coordination. • Ability to create and edit basic presentations in Canva or similar tools.Salary:Offer ₹3–5 LPA
