You will work closely with leading Global Asset Manager and their Fund Marketing Materials and various client-servicing teams. We enable client’s marketing team to promote their funds through different marketing platforms across the globe.Efficient and timely coordination with subject matter experts in performance and data, as well as internal and external partners, to gather information on various funds and strategies.Utilize Alladin/Vermilion and Seismic for generating reports.Focus on Fixed Income FundsDevelop customized Excel and PDF reports based on client requests for different fund strategies.Skilled in producing "Due Diligence Questionnaires" (DDQ’s), Client Reports for various investment products of asset management firms and investment banks.Thorough documentation, tracking, and reporting of processes and tasks.Diligent in handling and resolving institutional client inquiries.Prepare client reports to meet the needs of onshore client partners.Knowledge and interest in the Asset Management Industry, with a basic understanding of Capital Market concepts.Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders in Japanes and English Language.Support the team in maintaining current reporting procedures, tools, and workflows required for the process.Collaborate with the client's reporting/data team and internal teams to obtain information on various funds/strategies managed by the client promptly.Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.Familiarity with fund prospectuses, annual reports, and offering documents.Background in Capital Markets, Mutual Funds, ETFs, etc. is preferred.Respond promptly to client inquiries by collaborating with relevant stakeholders as needed.Manage group mailbox, trackers, and assist with Management Information System (MIS) reporting.Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all activities. Maintain control over access across different tools, shared drives and other material including user tools.Support all aspects in improvement of the reporting process including opportunities to build efficiency, and enhanced control measures.Experience required:Japanese Language and exposure to Japanese process/clientsAn individual with a Bcom/Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and 1 to 2 years of professional experience is sought after for this position.Candidates who are pursuing N2 Level Japanese Language have additional advantageKnowledge in investment accounting and/or regulatory experience would be beneficial.It is desirable for candidates to understand the Asset Management industry, various asset classes, and investment products.Familiarity with financial markets and basic financial concepts is important.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook at an intermediate to advanced level is required.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.Strong numeracy and quantitative skills are highly valued.
