Description:The Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring Rizing provides products of the highest quality and supports the product development teams through the development and deployment of our solutions. The Quality Specialist priority is to test the products, measure the general quality of software and optimize processes and the whole software lifecycle to ensure customer and end-user satisfaction.Essential Functions:Tests products to ensure quality and end-user satisfaction. Ensure quality assurance of products before general availability to customers. Perform manual and automatic tests. Search for and report bugs in the products. Provide feedback and optimizations in the products. Improving testing processes and methodology. Release high-quality products.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education or equivalent experience in a related relevant field. 2 years of SAP solution experience, including success in product lifecycle management. Experience in quality assurance of products throughout the full implementation lifecycle. Experience implementing or utilizing SAP systems. Experience with the SAP project lifecycles, methodologies, architecture and support model.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team. Ability to create and deliver presentations. Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail. Knowledge of SAP HCM solution, SAP SuccessFactors, EAM, Retail solution, SAP Cloud Platform/BTP, and custom development. Extensive knowledge in DevOps for Test Automation using several Platforms like Azure, Jenkins, AWS , GCP Understanding of SAP Solution Architecture. Knowledge of MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ability to effectively communicate through informative presentations and question responses. Ability to build relationships with a variety of groups including Executives, Managers, Consultants, Clients, and Partners. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, with the ability to implement resolutions. Ability to measure results.
