At Disha Communications, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our digital division as we identify opportunities, build digital solutions, and grow our digital presence. Our ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing. They should have strong communication capabilities and be able to work with a team of DM professionals and must possess a customer-first mindset. Should have a strong understanding of back-end and front-end programming languages, and the ability to develop data pipelines that can be used to track, analyze, and improve results. This role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills as well. This is a customer-centric role, working to translate the needs of the customer into online business opportunities.Job Responsibilities: Identify relevant resources and help recruit a team of well-balanced and hardworking digital marketers Plan, strategise and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns Design, build, and maintain social media presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends & insights and optimise spends and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing Plan and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimise user funnels Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluate emerging technologies Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateJob Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Relevant experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software Knowledge of web design procedures and tools Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Must be capable of motivating and teaching team members in order to help them grow Great interpersonal and communication skills Should be up-to-date with the advances in web technology Must be efficient in using technical language effectively, using all the appropriate internet jargon, and should know what makes a product innovative in the digital world Should be comfortable writing and communicating effectively within the digital spaceMandatory Requirement: Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency.Location: Bangalore
