The Chief Executive will lead the design, strategic, operational, and executional aspects of this hospital complex. This includes coordination across design, construction, commissioning, and operational phases. The Chief Executive is expected to execute with a strong focus on digital health integration to build a digital-first and patient-first (i) hospital complex infrastructure (ii) departmental procedures and SOPs.The Chief Executive will be responsible for stakeholder management, recruitment and team building. The outcome should be an operating hospital complex that delivers high quality medical outcomes at affordable prices for the needy and should create a lasting societal impact.Key Responsibilities: Design Phase Lead coordination with architectural and design teams to ensure alignment with clinical workflows, patient experience, and digital infrastructure. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, NABH/JCI standards, and future-readiness.Construction Phase Act as the primary liaison between architects, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and construction teams. Monitor project milestones, budgets, and timelinesCommissioning Phase Guidance in setting up administrative guardrails, patient care philosophy such that the group delivers affordable quality care Develop and execute a hospital commissioning roadmap including organizational structure, recruitment plan, hospital tariff.Post-Commissioning / Operational Phase Transition into full operational leadership of the hospital. Facilitate tie-ups with research bodies and training institutes to enhance the hospital’s appeal to toptier consultants and specialists.Qualifications & Experience: MBBS/MD with Hospital Administration or MBA in Healthcare Management preferred. At least 30 years of leadership experience in hospital operations or healthcare infrastructure projects. Proven track record in large-scale hospital commissioning or greenfield healthcare projects
