Location: Greater Noida Experience: 8+ Years CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA ️ Industry: Sheet Metal / Automotive / Engineering Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Lead daily production activities in Press Shop, Sheet Metal, and Assembly departments. Ensure effective utilization of machines, manpower, and materials. Monitor and drive KPIs like OEE, productivity, rejection rate, and downtime. Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve output quality. Drive Lean, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives. Maintain shift schedules, production records, and inventory. Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory standards. Requirements Deep understanding of Press Tools, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Presses, MIG/TIG/Spot Welding, and Assembly Line operations. Experience with Sheet Metal Components and production planning systems. Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office, and production reporting. Familiarity with ISO/TS/IATF 16949. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Qualification Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical / Production Engineering. 8+ years of experience in manufacturing with hands-on experience in press shop and assembly operations.
