Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Renewals and Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage a team responsible for driving customer retention, renewals, and inside sales growth. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively combine expertise in account management, team coaching, and sales execution to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Renewals Management: · Develop and execute strategies to maximize renewal rates and minimize churn. · Collaborate with customer success and account management teams to identify at-risk accounts and create action plans. · Monitor and report on renewal pipeline and forecast to ensure accurate visibility into performance. · Analyze renewal trends and provide actionable insights for process improvements. 2. Inside Sales Leadership: · Drive inside sales team performance, ensuring achievement of revenue and customer acquisition goals. · Implement sales strategies to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts. · Ensure the team is trained and equipped to position solutions effectively, emphasizing customer value and ROI. · Build and manage an efficient lead qualification process to drive conversion rates. 3. Team Management and Development: · Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing renewals and inside sales team. · Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to drive accountability and growth. · Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous learning. · Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics, share best practices, and align on strategic objectives. · Drive High Performance Sales reviews with reps.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: · Partner with marketing to create campaigns that support renewals and inside sales efforts. · Work with product and operations teams to address customer feedback and improve product adoption. · Collaborate with leadership to align team efforts with overall business objectives and priorities. · Prepare and present WBR, MBR, QBR reviews with client. 5. Reporting and Analytics: · Monitor and analyze key metrics, including renewal rates, churn rates, sales performance, and pipeline health. · Provide regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Qualifications: · Proven experience in renewals, inside sales, or account management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. · Familiar with Channel Model, working with Resellers and Distributors. · Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. · Data-driven mindset with experience in using CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau). · Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans effectively. · A customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional value. Preferred: · Experience in subscription-based or recurring revenue models. · Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN Selling. · Familiarity with renewal negotiation strategies and objection handling.
