As the LEAD– BIM, you will lead the strategic implementation and management of BIM technologies across all projects. You’ll oversee BIM teams, drive innovation, ensure compliance with global standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize digital construction workflows.Strategic Leadership Develop and execute BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead digital transformation initiatives in design and construction workflows. Manage BIM teams including managers, coordinators, and modelers. Oversee BIM execution plans and ensure timely delivery of digital models. Technology & Standards Implement and maintain BIM protocols, standards, and QA/QC processes. Ensure integration of BIM with other platforms (e.g., ERP, project management tools). Stakeholder Collaboration Coordinate with architects, engineers & contractors Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues. Training & Development Mentor BIM professionals and conduct training programs. Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and trends. QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering Minimum 15 years of experience in BIM roles Proficiency in BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360. Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and other BIM standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
