Experience in securing funded research projects and building industry collaborations. Associate Professor: Ph.D. in Management / Commerce (Mandatory). Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience with a strong academic record. Experience in guiding postgraduate and doctoral research. Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in Management / Commerce (Mandatory). Passion for teaching, research, and student engagement.
