You will work on transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, driving smarter business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvements Develop and optimize ETL pipelines usingApache Airflowor similar tools Lead and mentor a team of data engineers; review performance and guide career development Plan, coordinate, and deliver data projects within deadlines Design scalable and efficient data architectures and workflows Ensure proper documentation of processes and dashboards for transparency Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to align project objectivesRequired Technical SkillsTableau – Advanced level(must be your core BI tool expertise) Proficiency in Tableau (Desktop, Server/Online). Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation. Good understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
