Role OverviewWe are seeking a Finance & HR Manager to handle the financial operations and human resources functions of our performance marketing agency. This role involves managing invoicing, payouts, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. You will work directly with the founders to ensure smooth financial flow and strong HR processes to support a high-growth team.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Raise invoices to affiliate networks and clients on time. Track receivables, follow up for payments, and reconcile accounts. Process payouts to vendors, affiliates, and employees. Maintain expense tracking and cash flow reports. Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, and other compliance filings. Prepare monthly financial statements and profit/loss summaries.HR Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management. Handle employee onboarding, contracts, and documentation. Manage recruitment processes in coordination with department heads. Maintain employee records and ensure labor law compliance. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in finance and HR roles. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, etc.). Strong understanding of Indian tax and compliance regulations (GST, TDS). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in a digital marketing or fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
