This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors warmly, manage the reception area, and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries. Manage incoming and outgoing courier/letters/packages. Maintain visitor logs, staff attendance records, and meeting room schedules. Support administrative functions including stationery management, office supplies, and vendor coordination. Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the front office and common areas. Handle basic documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks. Liaise with internal departments for smooth office operations.What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is a plus). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
