This position is for a Network support analyst L3 who will be supporting data and voice in a production network environment working with over a dozen different network equipment and platforms.Should be willing to work in US shift timings.Job Description:Very strong IP networking skills Strong written and oral communication skills 7-10 years of work experience in Networking domain Good knowledge in Networking troubleshooting CCNA education courses or certification Knowledge and experience troubleshooting the first 4 layers of the OSI model. physical, data link, network, transport Should have worked with and troubleshooted broadband connections T1s & Metro E Broadband (cable, fiber, dsl) connections any WAN circuits Experience supporting WAN circuit and working with LECs troubleshooting WAN circuits. Experience supporting VOIP network in production environment Routing and switching Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco CLI proficiency Education or practical experience with sdwan troubleshooting/deployment: Viptela vmanage Velocloud orchestrator silver peak Knowledge and experience with CUCM and CUC (7-10) years of CUCM experience which includes educational experience) Complete voice call flow comprehension Experience supporting VOIP network / SIP in a cisco centric network Experience working with phone providers troubleshooting calls for analog lines / VOIP 7+ years of customer service within network space, preferably over the phone remote support.
