Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on B2B lead generation for our AI, product development, and design services. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing multi-channel ad campaigns, understands high-ticket B2B service funnels, and can deliver a measurable ROI. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Develop paid ad strategies tailored to CreateBytes’ target industries (AI, tech, startups, enterprises). Research and identify high-intent audience segments. Campaign Management: Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Set up retargeting campaigns for warm leads. Implement A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate) and adjust campaigns accordingly. Build dashboards/reports for internal review. Creative & Collaboration: Work with design/content teams to produce engaging ad creatives and landing pages. Ensure ad messaging aligns with CreateBytes’ brand tone and value proposition. Funnel Optimization: Implement conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and CRM integration. Optimize landing page conversion rates. Requirements3+ years of paid ads management experience, preferably in B2B tech/services. Proven track record of generating high-quality leads with measurable ROI. Strong skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager. Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio). Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing in high-value services. Excellent copywriting and ad creative brief skills. Nice-to-HaveExperience in AI/IT services marketing. Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals for integrated campaigns.
