Identify and generate leads throughcold calls, networking and hospital visits . Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and decision-makers. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and executepromotional campaigns and events . Achievemonthly/quarterly sales targetsand prepare sales reports.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Marketing, IT, or related field(MBA preferred). 1–2 yearsof experience insoftware sales , preferably in healthcare IT or SaaS solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand hospital workflows and explain software benefits effectively. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as needed. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics is an advantage.
