The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of admin tasks, strong coordination skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and operational efficiency across the campus. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing campus administration operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination Maintain and monitor cleaning and maintenance checklists for all campus areas Ensure timely procurement and quality check of consumables and supplies Maintain stock and inventory records (digital & physical) Coordinate with academic team leaders for admin audits and inspections Ensure timely resolution of complaints and maintenance issues Prepare weekly and monthly admin reports for management Suggest and implement improvements in admin processes using digital tools Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration or facility management Strong knowledge of campus/office admin operations Basic tech skills - MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital record keeping Good communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
