You will be responsible for promoting our ophthalmic and optical product range to pharmacies, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and eye hospitals. You will work closely with our Mumbai distributor to ensure product availability, support marketing campaigns, and drive prescription and over-the-counter sales.Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion & Sales: Promote and sell our ophthalmic product range to Pharmacies and optical retailers Ophthalmologists and optometrists, Eye clinics and hospitals. Ensure regular and productive visits in your assigned territory.Distributor Coordination: Collaborate with the Mumbai-based distributor to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries. Support in managing supply chain issues and order fulfilment.Business Development: Identify new pharmacies, clinics, and optical retailers to expand market reach. Introduce new products to the market and ensure shelf presence.Target Achievement & Incentives: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Drive higher earnings through performance-based incentives. Actively participate in sales schemes, offers, and pharmacy-based promotional campaigns.Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with healthcare professionals and retailers.Provide product education and handle objections or queries effectively.Reporting & Feedback: Maintain daily call reports, sales tracking, and feedback forms.
