Company : : Leading EPC and MEP Company Position: Construction Manager -Civil and Industrial Constructions Experience (In Years) 15-20 Years Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra Education: B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) PMP/Prince2 certification (preferred)Experience: 15 years in industrial construction, with at least 5 years inchemical/petrochemical/pharmaplant manufacturing projects. Proven track record of managing greenfield/brownfield projects from concept to commissioning. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Knowledge of IS codes, NBC, and industrial construction standards. Familiarity with process plant layouts, utility systems, and hazardous area classifications.Preferred Industries: EPC contractor in Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Fertilizers, or Heavy EngineeringKey Responsibilities: 1.
