You will lead a team of specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional programmatic solutions.Responsibilities:Lead a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance and mentorship. Develop and execute client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving business growth. Own client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates. Proactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors. Leverage expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results. Utilize MMPs and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Collaborate with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies. Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of quality. Experience on Media Planning and Programmatic deals is must.Qualifications: 4-7 years of experience in programmatic campaign management. Proven experience managing and leading a team. Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs. Strong experience with MMPs and analytics tools. Excellent client management and communication skills. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
