Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role of Business Development - Packaging, located in Bhiwandi, with some work from home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, understanding client needs, providing customized packaging solutions, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks involve market research, coordinating with the packaging design and engineering teams, ensuring quality control, and executing strategies to expand the business portfolio. QualificationsExperience in Packing and Packaging as a BD Proficiency in conducting Research and Analysis Progressive thinking Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and in a team Experience in the packaging industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
