Technical Manager/ Senior Technical Manager (Tangible Asset Valuation / Real Estate Valuation) - Real EstateQualifications -B.E./ B. Tech - Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Architecture or Master in Valuation (Real Estate) Experience -3 to 5 Years Locations -Mumbai, Maharashtra Skills & Experience Required Ideally have experience of Real Estate valuations for Bank/NBFC Mortgage Purpose. Have deep understanding about Mumbai or Maharashtra Real Estate Market, Locations and Price Trends. Must have prior experience in Approved Project Finance (APF) Workings & Reports along with Residual/DCF is an add. Well versed with different approaches (Income, Market & Cost Approach) and methods of valuation used in Real Estate Valuation. Have deep knowledge about estimation of building and infrastructure cost. Have knowledge of building byelaws, government guideline rates, allotment rates and other notifications issued by Various Authorities in Maharashtra Area. Build and strengthen relationships with Credit and Technical team of Clients i.e., Banks and NBFC. Work closely with marketing team and provide them leads generating the business. Maintain TAT targets for the technical evaluation process and finalize valuation reports and share with clients within stipulated time. Good Communication Skill - Written & Verbal - English, Marathi & Hindi
