The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complex IT sales cycles, meeting aggressive revenue targets, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Account Ownership & Growth: Manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts by identifying and closing new opportunities. Build strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Leads, etc.). Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and design tailored IT infrastructure solutions including: Data Center & Compute Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) Network security Cybersecurity & Endpoint Security Managed Services & AMC Target Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets. Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM tools. Collaboration: Work closely with Pre-Sales, Technical Architects, and OEM partners to deliver customer-centric solutions. Coordinate with internal delivery and post-sales teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on technology trends, competitor moves, and customer developments in the IT infrastructure space. Key Skills & Experience: 14–25 years of experience in IT solution sales, with a strong focus on infrastructure technologies . Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong consultative selling skills and experience in B2B or enterprise sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in managing relationships with OEMs like Cisco, Dell EMC, HPE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft, etc. Proficiency with CRM systems and structured sales methodologies.
