Job Description

Key Responsibilities:o Design, implement, and manage performance management cycles. o Facilitate career conversations, regular manager-individual catch-ups, performance reviews, and feedback (beyond compliance). o Compensation, correction & promotion cycles o Ensure new joiner & leavers experience is managed well for future referrals & rejoining. o Follow the SLA of 24hours to have a conversation with every person who has resigned and report the reason internally, discussing retention on every probable leaver o Automate the HR Dashboard, in sync with career setting for one time solve on data management. o Maintain and optimize the HRIS portal. o Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. o Partner with business leaders for strategic HR support. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams. o Apply HR theories to develop effective HR strategies. o Plan and execute employee engagement activities. o Enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and retention. o Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.Qualifications:o Master’s degree in human resources or related field. o Minimum of 7 years of experience in core HR functions. o Experience in performance management cycles and HRIS portals. o Advanced Excel skills. o Strong, errorless reporting and analytics o Understanding of HR theories and best practices. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams. o Experience in planning and executing engagement activities. o High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
