This role blends the thrill of hunting new logos with the strategic depth of farming existing GCC/captive accounts to unlock long-term value.Key Responsibilities Drive new revenue by targeting named accounts across assigned regions. Identify, qualify, and close turnkey Digital Banking & Payment Transformation projects. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline via direct outreach, partner channels, and marketing-qualified leads. Manage and grow existing relationships with BFSI GCCs and captive accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Develop and execute account mining strategies to expand wallet share and drive long-term revenue growth. Engage with C-level stakeholders to promote solution-oriented offerings. Lead consultative sales discussions, facilitate solutioning, and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored digital transformation solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs. Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Skills & Experience Required MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline. 8–15 years of experience in client-facing roles within Banking & Payments domains. Proven success in both new business acquisition and account management/farming. Experience working with GCCs/captive centers in the BFSI sector is highly desirable. Strong understanding of Digital Banking solutions, including Application Development, Cloud, Data & Analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
