About the role: Monitoring and managing company's energy consumption, plan for energy requirements and energy management on a continuous basis, to collate data from the generators / Suppliers to foresee energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role involves administrative, analytical, and operational support to the Companys various manufacturing plants to develop multiple cost saving strategies in compliance with regulatory standards, and to maintain complete records of contracts, track utility bills, compliance to electricity laws, etc. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence relating to power matters. Maintain records related to power coordination activities. Operational Support: Assist in monitoring and coordinating daily power system operations. Support in scheduling of power generation resources. Help maintain real-time data on power usage. Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile and analyse operational data to support decision-making. Assist in preparing compliance reports for both internal and external agencies. Track performance metrics and generate insights for operational improvements. Communication & Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, Advocates and regulatory bodies. Facilitate communication with power generators/Suppliers Skills: Understanding of energy systems, and energy management principles. Ability to analyse energy data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions. Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. Ability to identify and resolve issues related to energy consumption and efficiency. Knowledge of Electricity Laws and regulatory frameworks (GCP Verification). Ability to work under pressure to handle emergencies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, or a Postgraduate (MBA) in finance or related field. 4+ years of experience in power coordination. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
