Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBITILES: Revenue generation for the company through Multimedia solutions Coordinate regularly with the Programming & Marketing teams for client activities, ideation, events calendar etc. Maintain relationships with agency personnel, clients, their key decision makers, decision influencers etc. Provide direction to team by developing, implementing and monitoring progress of the yearly and monthly sales plan Monitor competition and develop strategies to maximize market share Plan weekly sales cycle by doing account mining of the allocated accounts through client meetings accordingly Preparing sales related reports including sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc. and ensuring adherence of such processes Maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies in the person’s portfolio Understand in detail about client spends at a brand level and then develop Go to Market approach Ensure the pricing is maintained as per stipulated target Work to bring the core brand creative to life by designing a multimedia solutions interactive campaigns for clients including On ground, Digital, Content, Media and PR Business Processes Designing and implementing robust processes to ensure revenue bookings are as per company policy Ensure through team that monies are collected on time by regular tracking People Management Monitor, coach and mentor team members in closing large value sales closures by meeting & building relationships with decision makers of key accounts Conceptualise and implement monetizable opportunities and motivate the team to sell the idea Identifying the right talent and investing time in developing them by frequent feedback on their performance INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Content Team, Finance, Scheduling, Corp Office etc. TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED : MBA / PGDM with 10 -14 years of experience in Sales & Marketing from any Industry PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Ability to work under pressure Revenue Mindset Risk Taker with a bias for action Data Oriented with an ability to understand trends & spot opportunities Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings
