We are seeking a talented individual to join our Trade Credit team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Relationship Manager – Trade Credit: Surety We will count on you to: The Global Client Group Servicing Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our global clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This role involves collaborating with various external parties to deliver solutions, manage client relationships, and support the overall objectives of the Global Client Group. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Proactively communicate with clients regarding service updates, changes, claims, Premium’s etc. Provide training and support to clients Participate in client meetings and presentations. Service Delivery: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Collaborate with Insurers to address client inquiries and resolve issues. Monitor service performance and client satisfaction, implementing improvements as necessary. Client Onboarding (In case New) Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of services. Provide training and support to clients on service offerings and tools. Reporting and Analysis: Ensuring the Monthly Overdue Reports, Turnover Declarations are being shared by client. Analyze Overdue & Turnover Reports to check on Claims / Premium Sufficiency Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, and best practices in client servicing. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client accounts. What you need to have: 5-7 years’ experience in Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background. Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients. Understanding of Financial statements for assessments Domain knowledge preferred; if any MBA from a reputed B - School What makes you stand out?
