Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – Marketing & Content Strategy to lead Performance marketing, branding and content strategy across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy combining brand, content, and digital channels to achieve business goals. Lead content creation for web, app, email, social media, product marketing, and thought leadership. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including Seo, Sem, paid ads, retargeting, and marketing automation. Optimize organic and paid campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Manage the brand voice, storytelling, and visual identity across all platforms. Collaborate with product, sales, partnerships, and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to continuously refine strategies. Key Skills & Experience: 7+ years in marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy, preferably in B2B eCommerce, SaaS, or tech startups. Strong expertise in performance marketing, Seo/Sem, social media, and content marketing. Proven ability to run integrated multi-channel campaigns that drive growth. Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ROI-focused execution.
