Job Title: Senior Technical Delivery Manager – Leadership Role Role Type: Full-time | Senior Leadership About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager who combines strong technological expertise with exceptional leadership skills to drive successful project delivery across strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be accountable for end-to-end delivery ownership — from planning and execution to launch and post-go-live performance — ensuring high-quality, timely, and business-aligned outcomes. The ideal candidate is not only an excellent delivery leader but also deeply tech-savvy , able to understand complex architectures, guide engineering teams, and make critical technical decisions that influence project success. Key Responsibilities Lead the Delivery Function : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, large-scale technology initiatives. Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance, review architectural decisions, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Stakeholder Management : Partner with CXOs, clients, product managers, and engineering leads to align priorities and manage expectations. Delivery Excellence : Drive adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Team Leadership & Mentoring : Build, inspire, and lead high-performing cross-functional delivery teams. Risk Management : Anticipate delivery challenges, implement mitigation plans, and proactively resolve bottlenecks. Process Optimization : Define and refine delivery frameworks, agile practices, and governance models. Innovation Enablement : Champion the adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve delivery outcomes. Key Requirements Education : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus). Experience : 12–18 years of experience in technology delivery, including senior leadership roles . Strong understanding of at least one major technology stack (Cloud / SaaS / Enterprise Software / Data & Analytics / AI & Automation etc.) and ability to discuss solutions at a technical level. Proven success in delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder technology programs. Excellent understanding of modern delivery frameworks (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD). Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to connect technology delivery to business value. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment.
