One of our client is a digital debt collection agency and BPO company that specializes in accounts receivables management and customer service outsourcing is seeking for a Transport Coordinator - Night Shift – US BPO) International BPO / ITES 5–8 years of experience in employee transport operations, preferably in night shift BPO/ITES environments. Shift: Night Shift (US Timings) – Mandatory Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and robust Assistant Manager / Manager – Transport to handle employee transportation for our night shift operations. The candidate must be hands-on, quick in decision-making, and capable of managing real-time transport escalations for the travelling staff of 600 + people. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end transport operations for night shifts – including routing, dispatch, and emergency handling. Ensure timely cab deployment and adherence to shift schedules. Monitor real-time cab tracking via GPS systems; take immediate action in case of delays or route deviations. Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure fleet readiness and driver availability. Ensure safety protocols for female employees including panic alerts, call validations, and escort arrangements. Handle night-shift transport escalations and provide quick resolutions. Prepare and circulate shift-wise transport MIS reports and incident logs. Ensure all cabs and drivers are verified and compliant with company and legal requirements. Support audits, compliance checks, and manage vendor SLAs effectively. Liaise with security, admin, and operations teams for seamless employee movement Candidate Profile: 5–8 years of relevant experience in transport management, preferably in BPO/ITES night shift operations. Strong presence of mind and ability to handle high-pressure real-time scenarios. Excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with GPS tracking tools and transport software. Flexible, reliable, and capable of working independently in night hours.
