Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer for our Goa location. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the region. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Goa region. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients. Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the internal team to meet delivery timelines and resolve client queries. Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications & Skills Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field. 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in (industry type). Strong technical understanding of (specific product line). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and travel within the Goa territory.
