About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated AI/ML Trainees who are passionate about artificial intelligence, data science, and machine learning. As a trainee, you will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to build, train, test, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities Assist in data collection, preprocessing, cleaning, and exploration. Support in building and training machine learning and deep learning models. Conduct literature reviews and research to stay updated on recent developments in AI/ML. Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate models into production systems. Document your work and present findings to the team. Required Skills Strong understanding of Python and its ML libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering. Exposure to deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and a team-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (ongoing or completed). Academic or personal projects in AI/ML (GitHub links, Kaggle profiles are a plus). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a bonus.
