Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager – IT Infrastructure Product to drive sales across Server, Storage, Networking, and Security product lines. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands IT service delivery, and can engage effectively with both business and IT stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Drive product sales in the IT Infrastructure domain – including Server, Storage, Networking, and Security. Understand current market frameworks , service delivery models, and automation tools. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation, opportunity management, proposal development, and deal closure. Respond to large-scale RFPs for IT services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including business and IT teams. Engage in strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling . Use CRM systems and MS Office tools (especially Excel) for sales tracking and reporting. Present and negotiate effectively with customers and partners. Work independently, managing your time and priorities effectively. Maintain an active customer base and have a working knowledge of relevant OEMs. Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure product sales. Strong understanding of IT services, delivery models, and automation . Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong customer orientation with a proactive and adaptable approach. Existing client relationships and familiarity with key OEMs are a plus.
