Studion is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years of experience working on US-based BIM projects. If you’re passionate about precision, performance, and pushing the boundaries of digital engineering in the AEC industry — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: Lead mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) design and BIM coordination on complex US-based projects. Produce LOD 400 Plumbing, HVAC and Fire fighting models with challenging deadlines. Manage projects end-to-end — from kickoff through delivery — including planning, scheduling, task allocation, client communication, and progress tracking. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to ensure clash-free, coordinated BIM models. Ensure technical accuracy, adherence to US codes/standards, and timely delivery across multiple projects. Mentor and supervise junior engineers and modelers on both technical and project delivery aspects. Attend client meetings and coordination calls, presenting technical solutions and resolving project challenges. What We're Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience in US-based BIM projects (MEP focus). Strong technical expertise in plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting system design and detailing. Proven command of Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. In-depth understanding of US construction documentation standards and multidisciplinary BIM coordination. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
