Position: Portfolio Management Services - Wealth Advisor Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Onboarding Engage with qualified HNI leads Conduct comprehensive discovery calls to understand investment objectives, risk tolerance, investment horizon, and financial goals Present and explain PrimeInvestor's PMS strategies Analyze prospects' existing investment portfolios and recommend optimal PMS strategy alignment, and thus convert leads into clients Guide prospects through the complete onboarding process, ensuring seamless account setup and documentation Coordinate with operations team for KYC completion, account opening, and other activities compliant with regulatory requirements for client onboarding Ongoing Client Advisory & Relationship Management Monitor portfolio performance metrics for assigned client portfolios Conduct regular portfolio review calls (quarterly/semi-annually) and provide strategic investment insights and address client queries Maintain regular communication through scheduled calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings and also provide personalized investment advice based on changing client circumstances and market conditions Facilitate interactions between high-value clients and portfolio managers when required Business Development & Retention Identify opportunities for additional investments from existing clients based on their financial capacity and goals Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new client acquisition and AUM growth Generate referrals through exceptional client service and relationship building Maintain detailed client interaction records and relationship mapping in CRM system Operational Support & Client Service Assist clients with operational processes including additional investments, redemptions, systematic withdrawals, and account modifications Ensure timely resolution of client grievances and manage escalations effectively Coordinate with back-office teams for smooth execution of client requests Provide handholding support throughout the client lifecycle Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in any discipline (Finance, Economics, Commerce, or MBA preferred) 4-7 years of proven experience in sales/advisory roles within wealth management, mutual funds, equities, or PMS. Experience in financial planning, investment advisory, and achieving business targets Proven track record in HNI client relationship building and retention Must have cleared NISM V-A certification.
