Job in Brief Your core responsibility will be to engage learners in the classroom with a strong focus on practical , hands-on learning rather than purely teaching theoretical concepts. You will guide learners through the course, resolve technical queries in real-time, facilitate active participation, and provide hands-on coding and project experience . The goal is to ensure that learners not only understand the topics but can also apply them effectively in practical scenarios. Training Details: Mode of Delivery: Offline in Warangal. Schedule : Every Saturdays . Training Material : Complete content will be provided in advance. Job Description Have a thorough understanding of Course Outcomes and Learning Objectives. Maintain custody of all relevant documents including curriculum, course content, and supporting materials. Go through the complete course content, lectures, industry assignments, and formative assessments to have complete mastery of the subject matter. Provide prompt and accurate answers to student queries during classroom sessions, with emphasis on practical problem-solving and demonstrations. Help learners solve problems, debug code, and complete assignments whenever they are stuck, ensuring a strong hands-on learning experience. Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously with the learners in the same manner an industry professional would. Utilize course materials and additional resources such as white papers, research articles, blog posts, and curated online content to supplement learning. Share small quizzes, coding exercises, or project-related tasks to reinforce the topic. Stay up-to-date with trends and emerging technologies relevant to the course. Monitor learner progress, track outcomes, and prepare reports as required. Know when, how, and to whom to escalate issues or concerns, coordinating with the appropriate personnel (SMEs/Delivery team). Must have proof of work at established organizations. Academia Candidates (if considered): 8+ years of experience in teaching or academic roles such as Assistant Professor, Lecturer, or Research Scholar, with a proven track record in applied, hands-on instruction.
