We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality who brings together a strong finance & accounting foundation with process improvement expertise . The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and ensure high-quality deliverables across F&A processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and support process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools. Drive operational excellence and standardization across Finance & Accounting processes. Identify process gaps, implement corrective actions, and ensure sustained improvements. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review. Conduct training and workshops to build quality and process improvement culture. Requirements Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional Background: Strong experience in Finance & Accounting (P2P, O2C, R2R). Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred). Skills: Analytical thinking, stakeholder management, process mapping, problem-solving. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
