Role Description Are you an ex-Amazon professional ready to drive explosive growth for a leading skincare brand? Can you spot revenue opportunities before anyone else? Passionate about beauty, skincare, and the bath & body industry? Fixderma — one of India’s fastest-growing clinical skincare brands — is looking for a Key Accounts Manager – Amazon to supercharge our marketplace presence and sales. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Amazon India work experience (Seller Services, Retail, Advertising, or similar). What You’ll Do: 1️⃣ Drive Growth & Sales Strategy Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, market share, and category leadership on Amazon. Identify emerging opportunities and launch plans to capture them. 2️⃣ Promotions & Event Planning Own the planning of high-impact promotions around seasonal events, brand campaigns, and sale periods. Collaborate with our in-house Amazon Ads specialist to ensure maximum promotional reach. 3️⃣ Competitive & Category Intelligence Monitor competitor pricing, assortments, reviews, and category rankings. Adapt strategies in real time to maintain a competitive edge. 4️⃣ Business Reviews & Insights Track KPIs: sales, conversions, buy box %, category rank. Present actionable business insights and recommendations to management. 5️⃣ Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service to execute flawless launches and campaigns. Align Amazon initiatives with broader brand and sales objectives. What We’re Looking For: Strong preference for ex-Amazon employees (Seller Services, Retail, Advertising, or similar). Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, operations, and growth levers. Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
