We integrate seamlessly with CCaaS and CPaaS ecosystems to automate complex customer interactions at scale, delivering human-like conversations that reduce operational costs and improve customer satisfaction. Role Overview We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR)  who will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, booking meetings for our Business Development Managers, and helping expand Zudu AI’s footprint in high call-volume industries like BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and Telecom. This is a junior, growth-oriented role —perfect for someone early in their sales career who wants to gain experience in enterprise SaaS, CPaaS, and CCaaS sales. Key Responsibilities Research and identify target accounts  in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and other relevant verticals. Reach out to prospects via cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and WhatsApp . Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company fit and potential use cases for Voice AI. Secure discovery meetings for the Business Development Manager or Founder. Maintain accurate lead and activity records in our CRM. Collaborate with marketing to run targeted outreach campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends in CCaaS, CPaaS, conversational AI, and cloud telephony . Requirements 0–2 years  of sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (bonus if fluent in Hindi/Tamil). Strong interest in AI, SaaS, cloud communications, or contact center technology . Ability to handle high-volume outbound activity daily. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn. Preferred but Not Mandatory Experience in SDR, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation in a B2B tech environment . Exposure to CPaaS / CCaaS platforms or telecom SaaS sales. Familiarity with CRM tools (, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
