Job Summary We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and efficient HR Executive/Trainee to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR policy communication, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management. Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to issuing offer letters. Ensure timely closure of open positions and coordinate interviews. Maintain accurate HR records including compensation, incentives, health, and insurance data. Update and manage employee master data in the ERP HR module. Support workplace safety compliance and handle related HR issues. Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees. Organize employee engagement initiatives such as activities, celebrations, and recognition programs. Clearly communicate HR policies to employees and address related queries. Handle employee grievances and serve as a liaison between HR and staff. Key Skills Required Strong oral and written communication skills. Smart, proactive, and able to multitask effectively. A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Prior internship or experience in HR recruitment/operations is a plus. Familiarity with HR tools, ERP software, or Excel is an added advantage
