CargoWise Implementation Lead – Asia Location: Asia | Department: GBS – Asia Ops & Commercial | Division: Operations Responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of CargoWise across IFS, acting as the system SME. Key duties include system deployment, training, SOP development, stakeholder alignment, process optimization, and post-implementation support. Role involves partnering with functional leaders, ensuring best practice adoption, managing change, and building a network of global SMEs. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent CargoWise Professional Certification Proven track record in CargoWise implementation Strong stakeholder management & communication skills Results-oriented, able to meet deadlines and drive deliverables Key KPIs: Project delivered on time & within budget Global SOP development for rate management & quoting Established global SME network
