Our proprietary technology platform coupled with strong network effects have allowed us to acquire 2,00,000+ customers and partner with 1500+ sellers across India successfully.Toolsvilla is backed by top American investors and our mission is to digitise and transform how businesses discover, engage, and transact online.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – Marketing & Content Strategy to lead Performance marketing, branding and content strategy across all digital channels.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy combining brand, content, and digital channels to achieve business goals.- Lead content creation for web, app, email, social media, product marketing, and thought leadership.- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including Seo, Sem, paid ads, retargeting, and marketing automation.- Optimize organic and paid campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.- Manage the brand voice, storytelling, and visual identity across all platforms.- Collaborate with product, sales, partnerships, and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to continuously refine strategies.Key Skills & Experience:- 7+ years in marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy, preferably in B2B eCommerce, SaaS, or tech startups.- Strong expertise in performance marketing, Seo/Sem, social media, and content marketing.- Proven ability to run integrated multi-channel campaigns that drive growth.- Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ROI-focused execution.Location:Hybrid/ Delhi/ Durgapur/ KolkataHow to applyCTC- Not a constraint for the right/ experienced candidatesInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to are based out of Durgapur, West Bengal.Please include email subject as Sr. Manager- Marketing & Content Strategy
