For more details, please visit Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Success team. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in client servicing, account management, and digital media. As a CSR, you will play a key role in supporting our publisher partners and ensuring seamless coordination between teams to deliver outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: ●     Relationship Building: Maintain strong working relationships with publishers to build trust and positively influence business outcomes. ●     Sales Support: Upsell Closures (in collaboration with Growth Strategist): Collaboratively work with the GS (Growth Strategist) team to focus on closing upsell opportunities by assisting in finalizing Insertion Orders (IOs) and ensuring smooth execution. Cross-sell Ownership: Take responsibility for identifying and driving cross-sell opportunities with existing partners, supporting end-to-end coordination to maximize value delivered. ●     Daily Coordination: Support day-to-day communication with publishers, assisting with queries related performance, ad blocking, billing, payments, and general troubleshooting, daily reportings etc. ●     Meeting Coordination:  Arrange and schedule calls between publishers and the GS team, and join the calls to ensure discussions run smoothly and all stakeholder needs are effectively addressed. ●     CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and activity in the CRM throughout the customer lifecycle. ●     Quarterly Business Reports (QBRs): Is responsible for organizing and ensuring the successful execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), both online and in person, by coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and confirming that meetings take place as planned. ●     Performance Goal: Aim to contribute toward achieving a 70% success rate in upselling and cross-selling. For opportunities not closed, assist in collecting feedback and work with the Growth Strategist team to improve future proposals. Requirements: ●    Recent graduate with a degree in any stream ●    Strong communication and interpersonal skills ●    Good organizational and multitasking abilities ●    Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities ●    Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) ●    A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment Nice to Have (Not Mandatory): ●    Internship or project experience in customer support, account management, or client servicing ●    Interest in digital advertising, media, or publishing industry ●    Familiarity with CRM tools
