This role is ideal for freshers or recently qualified CAs who are eager to begin their career in corporate finance, business planning, and strategic analysis. You will partner with business units and support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support activities. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business teams to drive financial performance and strategic decisions Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, MIS, and business reviews Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / Forecast) and identify key business drivers Assist in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning. Good to Have: Exposure to FP&A, business finance, or consulting during articleship Understanding of financial statements, ratios, and valuation concepts Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation, and compliance
